Disco Kitchen’s driving force is the heightening need to fuse one passion to another. The million-dollar question is “How?” Is it even possible to create something so wonderful from our deep affection for music and food? We dared to say, “Yes!” thus, Disco Kitchen, Inc. was born. The food industry is an overwhelming game, so we have to think about breaking the status quo. Apart from satisfying cravings, we also seek to nourish the soul of our patrons.

MEET CHEF CRAIG

HOW WE STARTED

Disco Kitchen is built on a passion for healthy, flavorful foods with the love of feel-good music. As both a Chef and Artist, Chef Craig dreamt of combining his love of DJ-ing with his love for cooking. He created his first masterpiece; the “Disco Roll” in the beginning of 2016 as an appetizer for an intimate dining experience. However, unbeknownst to him, it soon would become the star celebrity of his Disco Kitchen. The Disco Roll name was born due to an invitation to house the food item in a very popular club in New York City. Chef Craig’s dreams were all becoming a reality. As a DJ, being in this same club would open a wide range of opportunities. However, before March 2020 would end, the global pandemic brought everyone to their knees. The plan to launch his Disco Roll in NYC halted.

Being creative, Chef Craig racked his brain on how he could continue to showcase his passion and talent for cooking during a Pandemic. He decided to launch a Youtube Channel where he shares healthy recipes, cooking techniques while displaying his love for music. There isn’t a more perfect companion than food and music.

Chef Craig saw a great rise in interest in his channel and products. He began to provide his audience with “do it” yourself videos. It was from one of these videos that our co-star product was created; “ the “Disco Juice.” Although his audience enjoyed his fun and informative videos, they wanted to try his cooking first hand. Disco Kitchen quickly grew from just a local encounter to a nationwide delivery experience.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

To provide healthy yet flavorful meal options to those who aspire to keep health as their wealth. Chef Craig will demonstrate via livestream how to prepare healthy meals while playing his music, and as Disco Kitchen grows, He will invite guest chefs while he play his mix of music and invite guest DJs while he prepares the meal.

WHAT WE AIM FOR

Chef Craig’s vision is to create a Cloud Kitchen where restaurants can take advantage of his menu for delivery, ensuring food's freshness. Thus, we aim to achieve a healthier future
